July 4, 2015 – SyncFab hosted two California receptions to celebrate it’s two year anniversary and to mark the successful launch of its Design for Local Manufacturing Marketplace Platform for California and Beyond.

The SyncFab Northern California Anniversary and Platform Launch Demo Reception was held at our Berkeley Innovation Micro-Hub on Saturday July 11. We were very happy and pleased that Berkeley Mayor Tom Bates attended with his wife! Thank you for your support Mayor Bates!

The SyncFab Platform Launch Demo Reception was also well attended by members of the local community including Oakland sheet metal shop owners, workforce development representatives from the Ed Roberts Computer Technologies Program, engineers from UC Berkeley, local designers & inventors.

An extensive Question and Answer session was held at the end of the demonstration which elicited many constructive and engaging questions about the SyncFab mission to foster local collaboration for more customized quality eco-friendly finished goods.

The SyncFab Southern California Anniversary and Platform Launch Demo Reception was held at our Santa Monica office on Saturday July 18. The reception was well attended by members of the local design, engineer, manufacturing, media and educational community with representatives from UCLA and CalTech.
